Our Vessel Support programs allow our customers to increase their operational efficiency and thus save costs by offering services that provide centralized control. We provide vessel support programs such as Service Call Management (SCM) and Ship Kit Management (SKM). The SCM program provides technical support to the vessel crew in case of reefer malfunctions. The SKM program provides centralized management of parts replenishment and inventory control of the reefer spare parts kits on board of the vessel.
