Reefer Maintenance & Repair

Reefer containers are used for (inter)national transport and storage, no wonder they are intensively used by a lot of different (partnership) company’s. Containers that leave our depots in Rotterdam or Antwerp are tested within our Pre Trip Inspection (P.T.I.) station, which has room for 50 different reefer containers that can be connected simultaneously. During a Pre Trip Inspection, the containers are checked for correct technical functioning of the cooling unit, but also to ensure the container is clean on the inside. Our experienced mechanics can use the station to track down any defects the containers might have, and carry out the necessary repairs.

24/7 emergency service

Our emergency reefer repair service is 24/7 available for relations that experience problems with their reefer machinery on a loaded reefer or generator set. Our technicians will respons within short notice will try to diagnose the problem by asking questions about the malfunction(s). Problems will try to be solved through the phone, but it’s also possible that our technician will make repairs on site.

Reefer modifications

Sometimes a regular reefer containers needs to be modified to fit the needs of the specific user. Think about adding extra entry possibility’s, lighting or replacements of the floor. All these modifications can be done from our depot, where our experienced mechanics can modify your reefer containers to every need.
